"Support took forever to get back to me..."
Support took forever to get back to me, and I had to chase them twice before I finally got a response. They did answer in the end, but it felt underwhelming and didn’t really clear things up. I also started wondering if there were extra fees or charges they weren’t being upfront about, which didn’t help the experience.

"Started off okay, then got annoying"
I used Canwell and at first I thought, yeah, this should be straightforward. They did reply, so I can’t say they ignored me, but the answers just didn’t really match what I was asking. I had to follow up a few times to get anything clear that got old quickly. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but then again, why make simple questions feel like hard work? I just expected the communication to be clearer.

"Doctor felt kinda rushed tbh"
The site itself was easy to use, no issues there. But the doctor part wasn’t the best tbh. It felt like they were trying to get through the appointment fast and weren’t really listening to what I was saying. The replies were super short and a bit blunt, which made the whole thing feel kinda off. I get that doctors are busy lol, but a little more care and professionalism would’ve made a big difference. Not awful, but I def expected better.

"Prices seem better than they really are"
It was okay overall, but I felt like the wording made the deals sound a lot better than they actually were. Some items were still kind of pricey once I looked closer. Not a terrible value, but definitely more average than advertised.

"Kind of confusing to use"
I tried using canwell.com.au and, yeah, it was a bit frustrating. The site just felt kind of clunky and not super easy to figure out.
I was trying to find some basic stuff, but the pages felt a little all over the place. A few links weren’t really clear, and I ended up clicking around way more than I expected just to get somewhere useful.
The actual service might be perfectly fine, I’m not really sure. But the website made me give up quickly, so it could definitely use a simpler layout or something less confusing.

"Quick delivery, no drama"
Ordered from Canwell and, annoyingly, everything went smoothly. Delivery was actually quicker than I expected, which is always suspicious in the best possible way.
Tracking came through fast, and the order showed up without any of the usual nonsense. Packaging was fine too, nothing smashed, dented, or mysteriously missing. What a concept.
not much to complain about, which is very inconvenient for a review. It arrived quickly, did what it was supposed to do, and I’d order again if I needed to...

I booked a consult without much trouble. The site was clear enough to figure out, which was nice because I thought I’d end up clicking around forever like I usually do with these things. Anyway, it was smooth overall

"Follow-up was actually a huge relief"
I had a quick follow-up after my consult i was so relieved. The nurse was really nice and got my question sorted without making it feel like a big deal. There was a little wait for the reply, which had me mildly spiraling for a minute, but in the end everything was handled well and I’m happy with the whole experience

"Got approved faster than I expected"
I applied online and, to be fair, the doctor approved my prescription the same day. I wasn’t totally sure how it would go, but the process was straightforward and easy enough to follow. No real issues in the end.

"Helped some, but I was hoping for more"
I tried the treatment from Canwell it did help a bit, just not as much as I was hoping it would. At first I wasn’t sure if anything was really changing, then after a while I did notice some improvement, which was nice, but I still had some of the same issues hanging around. So I wouldn’t say it was bad or anything, just kind of average for me. Maybe it works better for other people, but my experience was more like, okay, it helped a little, but not fully

"Hardly Anything Available"
I was disappointed with the selection. The range is really small, and the few things I actually wanted were out of stock again. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact or anyone to ask for help, so it just felt like I was left to figure it out on my own
